1.Will I still be able to see my provider at the Westside clinic?
Yes, the same providers who care for you now will still be here to help keep you healthy.
2. Will my insurance still be accepted by Tanner Clinic?
Yes, all insurances accepted by Westside Medical are accepted by Tanner Clinic.
3. How will I schedule appointments?
You can still make appointments by calling our office at 801-774-8888, and beginning January 1, you can also call the Tanner Clinic appointment line at 801-773-4865.
4. What changes can I expect with Westside’s billing?
Billing will now be done through Tanner Clinic's billing department. For services received at Westside on or before December 31, 2018, please call 1-800-877-9236, or make a payment here. For services received after December 31, 2018, please call Tanner Clinic’s billing department at 801-773-2970, or make a payment here.
5. Will there be any changes to the patient care I’m used to at Westside?
The transition to becoming a Tanner Clinic location should be seamless for our patients. Tanner Clinic operates with the same top priority: patient care. Our main goal will still be to provide convenient and compassionate care to all of our patients. Our current staff will remain in place and we will still offer our extended operating hours, with the added benefit of access to more specialists.
6. What is the benefit to joining Tanner Clinic?
Westside Medical is very excited to be joining Tanner Clinic, and we most look forward to being able to offer our patients access to the specialty care and services available within the Tanner Clinic system, including imaging (such as CT scans, MRIs, and mammography) and more than 30 other specialties. We are confident your level of satisfaction will only improve as we strive to help you meet your health care goals.
7. Do I need to transfer my medical records from Westside Medical to Tanner Clinic?
No, Westside patients do not need to request for their medical records to be transferred to Tanner Clinic.
